Q: When will my order ship?
A: Our coffee is roasted on-demand to ensure ultimate freshness. On the day after receiving your order we roast your coffee, and the next day it is packaged and prepared for shipment. On the 3rd day your coffee is shipped by the method selected in the shipping options.
Q: How long will my coffee stay fresh?
A: The pouches we use are specially designed for coffee with one-way valves. These valves allows air to escape and replaced by carbon dioxide through the natural de-gassing process of the beans. Removing oxygen will keep the beans fresh for up to 30 days. Coffee is best stored in a cool dry space and kept in the pouch. It is better to scoop the beans out than pouring them from the pouch to reduce the amount of air coming into contact with the beans.
Q: Do you ship to the U.S.A.?
A: Yes absolutely! See our shipping options below or on the Cart Page. Shipping coffee from Canada to the USA is as seamless as from within the USA. Duties and fees are not charged on coffee orders. As with any other international purchases of retail items when an order exceeds $200.00 the buyer is responsible for any duties and fees.
Q: What kind of shipping should I choose for my order?
A: There are a couple options available to get your order to you when you need it. We have negotiated very low shipping rates through FedEx for the USA and Canada. We also mail offer options through Canada Post.
Q: I placed an order, but haven’t received my package yet, and I ordered it a while ago; where is it?
A: We want you to get your order quickly and error free. Since we work with Fedex to make this happen, we will need your help too! If it’s taking longer than usual, first take a look at your tracking number that gets emailed to you upon shipping. If the tracking indicates that the package has been delivered, give Fedex a call; they are the most appropriate people to help in this case. It is possible there was an error in the shipping address. In some cases, severe weather warnings can delay things as well.
After roasting coffee needs 3 – 5 days for the de-gassing process to complete. Even if the delivery takes a day or two longer the coffee will be fresh and delicious.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: We currently offer free ground shipping on orders over $60 within the continental USA and Canada for online orders. We offer free ground shipping for Wholesale accounts on orders above 40lbs in both the continental USA and Canada. Q: How about to the rest of the world?
We can ship coffee just about anywhere. Priority mail and courier services are available. Brokerage, duties, and taxes associated with international shipping apply solely to the customer. If you have any questions, you can contact us through our Contact page on the Web Site.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We can help with returns on a case by case basis. Coffee is a food product and is not refundable.
Returns on equipment items that are unopened/unused may be shipped back to us at your own cost. Returns are refunded only when the item is received back at our office after we have verified that original packaging is still in place.
We are not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost in transit.
